Dear Families,

This is a friendly reminder about a few important dates coming up on our school calendar:

• Friday, February 13 – Minimum Day and Lunch with Loved Ones for students in grades 1–6 (important details below).
• Monday, February 16 – No School in honor of Presidents’ Day.
• Wednesday, February 18 – Last day to drop of Clothing Drive bags for the PTA fundraiser
• Wednesday, February 18 – TK and Kindergarten Lunch with Loved Ones and TK Lemonade Stand & Cookies Fundraiser (more details to follow).

1st Grade - 6th Grade Lunch with Loved Ones

Lunch Schedule:

1st Grade: 9:50 - 10:20 am

2nd Grade: 10:00 - 10:30 am

3rd Grade: 10:10 - 10:40 am

4th Grade: 10:20 - 10:50 am

5th Grade: 10:30 - 11:00 am

6th Grade: 10:40 - 11:10 am

All adults must check in through at the table near the side gate and get a visitor badge and wear visibly to enter the side gate to get onto the field. Please wait in line by the side gate until your child’s grade level is called.

• Only adults may attend, no siblings or non-Dickson students are allowed in student areas due to liability.

• NO ANIMALS (Service animals must be approved in advance by ADMIN)

• Feel free to bring a special lunch and a blanket, towel, or chair to sit on to eat with your student on the field area picnic style. Cafeteria lunch is still available for students at their regular eating time.

• Parking will be difficult, so please plan ahead so you can find an appropriate place to park (not in the drop off lane, carpool loop, or on any red or yellow curb).

• It will be a short time to spend on campus, so make sure you are on time because students will be escorted back into their class to continue instructional time when their grade level lunch bell rings.
